3.0 RAW MATERIAL REQUIREMENT The following raw material shall be required at the time of production

4.0 MANUFACTURING PROCESS: Manufacturing process First of all we are purchase PVC Sole/ Scrap and old

Rxine fresh waste ASA Raw Material. Then it is going to cutte and mixer machine.

Then going to do water is used for the purpose of calling of cose water used for

colling purposes It will be Recycled or Recycle and tank is used and then cutter

These are Plastic Dana Ready.

6.0 DETAILS OF WATER CONSUMPTION Total 300 Lt/Day water are consumed by the Unit. The break up of the Consumption of

water are as under:

A Cooling : 200 Ltr Cooling water on Completely Recycled

B Domestic Use : 100 Ltr/Day)

C Process : Nil

D Others : Nil

7.0 SOURCE & VOLUME OF WASTE WATER DISCHARGE

The break up to waster discharge from the difference sources are as under:

A. Cooling : 200 Ltr/Cooling Water on Complectly Recyeled

B. Domestic Use : 60 Lt/Day

(Discharge in Sewar)

C. Process : NIL

D. Other : NIL

E. Other : NIL

8.0 PROPOSED POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEM 8.4 AIR POLLUTION: There will be Air Pollution from the process exhaust Gas from Stock attached to extrude, Cutter, Mixer & Filter Machine provided hood & channelization. Proper complete photograph attach.

8.5 WATER POLLUTION WASTE WATER DISCHARGE: There will be No Source of water pollution. Only Water will be used for Domestic Purpose Domestic effluent water will be discharged in the public sewer.

8.6 D.G. SET: There would be no source of Noise Pollution from the process, However if required necessary control measured shall be taken to meet the ambient noise standards.
