HAFENCITY 12. MAI ( FORTSETZUNG)PRACTICAL INFORMATIONGetting there Local Public Transport: We recommend the following Hamburg public transport routes: Festival Promenade: Routes S1, S3 to Landungsbrücken (piers) or route U3 to
Baumwall (Elbphilharmonie concert hall). Speicherstadt: Route U1 to Meßberg, route U3 to Baumwall (Elbphilharmonie concert
hall), ferry route 72 to Elbphilharmonie. The Line 72 ferry service will not operate during the complete closures on the Elbe in
front of the Landungsbrücken (piers). Oevelgönne Museumshafen: Bus route 112 to Neumühlen/Övelgönne, ferry route 62
to Neumühlen. HafenCity: Route U4 to Überseequartier, ferry route 72 to Elbphilharmonie. Hansahafen/Veddel: Route S3, S31 to Veddel (BallinStadt). Take the "Nord (Hafen)"
(north/port) exit. Passage to Freihafen (free port), bus stop Veddel West. Bus route 256 from there to Australiastraße/Hafenmuseum (Port Museum).
The departure and termination points of all ferry lines depend on the closures on the Elbe.
Notes on departure: Due to the large number of visitors on Saturday evening, it is recommended that you use the Stadthausbrücke (S1 and S3), Meßberg (U1) and Überseequartier (U4) stations bound for Hauptbahnhof (central station).
Local public transport tickets: The HVV day tickets allow 1 adult and up to 3 children (6–14 years) to travel for 1 day. Or use the 9 am group ticket for up to 5 people. Day tickets are valid until 6 am on the following day (closing time). You can also purchase HVV tickets via the HVV app or in the HVV online shop.
Timetable information: Special timetable at www.hvv.de or via the free HVV app.
Parking: Extensive areas cordoned off; very little parking available. Please use buses and trains instead.
Taxis: There are taxi stands in the following streets: St. Pauli Fischmarkt / Breite Straße, Davidstraße / Hopfenstraße, Baumwall / corner Stubbenhuk, Großer Grasbrook / HafenCity and Hafentor (Approach via Venusberg, Ditmar-Koel-Straße, Reimarusstraße and Eichholz only).
StadtRad (City Bike): The red StadtRÄDER (City Bikes) can be borrowed any time following registration (online or via the app) by using the app, using your customer card at the terminals, or making a phone call. Further details are available at http://stadtrad.hamburg.de.
Alter Elbtunnel: Closed to cars from 6 pm Monday 6 May until 8 am Monday 13 May. Open to pedestrians and cyclists throughout HAMBURG PORT ANNIVERSARY – with the kind support of the Hamburg Port Authority.
Information Bicycles: Bicycles are not permitted at the event site for the duration of the event.
Dogs: Dogs are not permitted on the event premises.
Drones: For security reasons, the Hamburg aviation authority does not permit drone flights over and at a minimum distance of 100 m from the entire event site during the 2019 HAMBURG PORT ANNIVERSARY.

Accessibility: Wheelchair users can access the pontoon area via the Landungsbrücken (piers). There are wheelchair-accessible toilets at piers 2, 4 and 10. Further information is available at www.hafengeburtstag.hamburg.
