INESPECTION IN LOCO PLAN 21 AND 22 JANUARY, PUBLIC HEARING PLAN FOR THE DATES 23 TO 31 JANUARY 2014

Commission Members: Justice CME O’Regan (Chairperson) & Adv V Pikoli. Secretary: Ms A Dissel. Evidence Leaders: Adv N Bawa & Adv TS Sidaki.

1. This ninth notice issued by the Commission outlines witnesses who will give oral

evidence during the first two weeks of public hearings. It also indicates the time

and date when each witness will testify.

2. Written statements (or outlines) of these witnesses statements have been

furnished to the parties.

3. Applications for permission to cross-examine one or more of the witnesses

mentioned in this notice must be filed with the Commission on or before 14

January 2014. Questions to be posed to any witness must be included in the

applications as well as an estimate of the time required for cross-examination.

4. Parties are reminded of the rules relating to cross examination published in the

Commission’s notice 6.
