Q: When will I be able to select my award?A: You will receive a notification with your Legacy Award. At this time, your Legacy Points will be available for you to select your gift(s) and must be redeemed within 105 calendar days.

Q: How long do I have to use my Legacy Points?A: You have 105 calendar days from your initial notification to make your selections. You will receive 4 notifications with a specific expiration date. Please ensure you place your order before your specific expiration date as Legacy Points cannot be reinstated after expiration.

Q: Can I combine my Legacy Points with Our Service Award Points or another program?A: No, points cannot be transferred or combined across different programs.

Q: I have not retired yet, but I want to view the online catalog. What should I do?A: Visit the Our Service Awards Program catalog at www.ourserviceawards.com to view the available selections. Additional selections may be available on the Retirement website, based on your eligible points.

Q: I saw an item yesterday on the site and today it is not there. Where is it, and can I still order it?A: Our item selection is refreshed every day. If an item is no longer available through our supplier, the item is automatically taken off the site so that we are not offering our retirees a product that we will be unable to fulfill. If and when the item does become available again, the item will automatically be added to the product selection.

Q: One of the items I added to my shopping cart shows an availability date. Can I still order this item?A: Yes, you may place an order for this item and the order will be temporarily placed on backorder. When additional stock is available, the item will be shipped and you will be notified via e-mail.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address on my order. Can I change it?A: Please call customer service at toll free 1-800-482-6127 (or 937-528-4384 in PR) as soon as possible. In the event a package is undeliverable due to the address issue, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to reprocess the shipment. You will be notified of the return and your points will be adjusted accordingly. By submitting your order, you are acknowledging the shipping address and all other provided information is accurate and delivery via Fed Ex or US Postal Service can be accepted.

Q: What is the expected delivery time for orders?A: All items will ship within 7-10 business days with an exception of drop-ship items (this will be noted in the catalog description). Please allow 4-6 weeks for for delivery of drop-ship items. If you provide your email address on the website, you will receive the tracking information via email. Please note we are unable to process shipments to P.O. Boxes.

Q: Has my order shipped?A: You can find your order under “My Account” at the top of your screen. Visit “Order History” to find details, including tracking information.

Q: I need to return/exchange an item. Where do I send it? Who do I contact?A: Please coordinate any returns or exchanges by calling 1-800-482-6127 (or 937-528-4384) or by sending an e-mail: [email protected] with your order details ready. Returns will not be accepted without return authorization. All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 calendar days of receipt. After 30 calendar days, a proof of purchase can be provided for you to contact the manufacturer directly. The Retirement Awards Program cannot be held liable for lost or damaged awards after the 30 day period. Elective returns are accepted within 30 days and will be subject to 25% restocking fee applied to your point balance.

Q: Are there any restrictions regarding returns?A: Yes, all Apple products need to be registered through https://register.apple.com/ website in order to initiate the product warranty. In case you experience any problems with your Apple Product, please contact the manufacturer directly at 1-800-275-2273 (1-800-APL-CARE). Our Retirement Awards Program is unable to accept returns where a defect may be present; however, we are happy to provide a proof of purchase upon request.

Q: Can I order an award above my year level and pay for additional Points?A: No, additional points are not available for purchase.

Q: Is this site secure?A: Yes, we use SSL 128 bit encryption. All your personal information is transmitted securely.

Q: Who is eligible to receive a Retirement award?A: Any US or Puerto Rico salaried and non-union hourly retiring employees who leave the Company at age 55 or above and who are coded in the Company’s records as a “retiree” or a “retiree with severance” will be eligible to receive a Retirement Award.

Q: How is my Retirement award calculated?A: Your award is uploaded to Our Retirement Awards Program after your manager or HR department sends your data. You will be awarded for full calendar years of service only. For example, if you worked for 14 years and 6 months, your Retirement award would be for 14 years of service. You will receive 200 points (or the equivalent of $50) per full year of service when you retire. Please check with your former manager or HR department first and then contact OurRetirementAwards boostrewards.com if needed.

Q: I have a question that is not answered here. How can I get help?A: Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and you will receive a response within 1 business day. Customer service is available 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M., Monday-Friday.
