OurLean mentors also host live discussion threads to enable real time interaction on various topics and any queries that participants have.

E x p e r t Men t o r i n gExpert mentoring access is available to provide support for participants in relation to any queries or issues that they may have whileprogressing through the program. Participants can send an e-mail to an expert mentor at any time and will receive a response within 2 working days. Our mentors have extensive and demonstrated knowledge of Lean and its application in supply chain management.

R e c o r d e d Web P r e s e n t a t i o n sThe program includes access to web-hosted presentations delivered by our own Lean experts on specific lesson topics includingValue Stream Mapping and Kaizen. P r o g r am De l i v e r yParticipants receive 6-month access to a Learning Management System portal from where they can log in at their convenience andlaunch each lesson, take prep exams, view and download on-line resources and interact with fellow participants and experts via the Lean discussion forum.

P r o j e c t I mp l emen t a t i o nParticipants complete a in-house project whereby they aim to focus on an area within their organization and use some of the Lean concepts, tools and practices covered in the program to initiate and / or implement quantifiable improvement (s).

F i n a l On - l i n e E x am i n t i o nThe final exam covers all the modules that make up the program. It is on-line, open book and 90 minutes in duration. Participants undertaking the exam are required to nominate a third party proctor to verify their identity as the participant who completed the exam in the designated time frame without any assistance. The identity of the proctor is agreed and finalized with the participant prior to the exam itself.

International Certification – P. LogThe Logistics Institute is the international certifying organization for the P.Log Designation. We build leaders by providing a comprehensive training, development and support program for individuals who work in logistics and the supply chain sector.

Once the 9 Lessons of the Lean Program are completed, to earn the P.Log Designation you must have a minimum of5 years business experience in Canada or worldwide and complete the five Process Management modules below:

After earning the P.Log., professional status must be maintained by renewing your professional membership
