 No one can be an expert on EVERYTHINGNeed to choose a "Niche" or Farm “People Do Business With People They Know and Trust”  You need to provide people information about you, and your business that is easy to “connect” to and is interesting.  

Yahoo, Bing, Google, Facebook all REWARD information that is Relevant, Unique and

Interesting.

Which One is "Relatable?""For many Realtors, real estate is a part-time or convenient profession. As for me; being a REALTOR® is my second profession in life. I recently retired from the U.S. Army after serving for 24 years with 16 of those years being spent at Fort Bragg serving in the 82nd Airborne Division.

I have been married to my lovely wife Jenifer (yes it is spelled with only one “N”.) for 10 years. We have three dogs that are named after three NBA players (Jordan, Barkley, and Kobe). The rest of my family also lives in the state of North Carolina. I am a product of a military family, so I definitely know the trials and tribulations of moving as a child and as a service member.

Customer service has always been my highest priority. Your Profile: Consumers need to see pictures of you - not blank icons, not pictures of your dog  They need Social Proof that you are who you say you are and you will do what you say you will do More than just the CONTENT - RESUME - Social Proof means that they need to see Links, Reviews, Likes, Fans Should Be In First Person

What Does Your Ideal Customer Look Like?

Who is your audience? Be who you REALLY are!

"Talk" to the Buyer when you are writing about Buyers.

"Talk" to the Seller When you are writing about Sellers.

Buyers - what do you say when you are referred to someone in your Initial Conversation? Sellers What do you tell people who HAVE to sell their house? CONNECTION to YOU!  Gardner, mom, moved 17 times in my life (true) OUR MARKET / Stats, How we compare  Weather?  Seriously?? Not Unique Basic Relo info - Awards for Raleigh, JOBS Do People MOVE or do they Relocate?

Profile Tips If you are giving info out about Universities and Schools - MUST clarify size for fair housing!  DISCLAIM In general people do want neighborhood and School info.  Don't be lazy and send them somewhere else.  Create a page about Schools on your site.Ditto Market Reports
