Professional Summary A self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and part of a team. My experiences of over 14 years and performances as both an Administration officer exposed me to several responsibilities such managing people and handling several positions like Procurement Officer, Head, Inventory & Mailroom Management and Customer service officer. As a procurement officer, I implemented cost control measures to ensure operations remain within the organization’s target. During my tenure as the Procurement Officer, I represented the secretariat to the Cost Management Committee of the bank where deliberations on contracts are held and cost savings are achieved based on effective win-win negotiations. In my current position as a Head, Inventory and Mailroom Management, I have been able to reduce the level of wastages especially as it concerns stationery consumption across the network by my constant reminders/titbits on ways to reduce costs as propagated in my regular Stationery Consumptions reports. This has immensely created needed awareness on the management of limited resources. Additionally, my role as a mailroom manager and my on-the-spot tracking initiative constantly put our courier vendors on their toes as packages are tracked on-the-go. The Hub and Spoke process has continued to increase and sustain our international trade customers whose shipping documents are constantly time- bound. These positions have improved my commitment and aptitude to work with the ability to achieve excellent results. Having obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, I thrive to further develop a career possibly within the Oil and Gas industry. My non-academic experiences include but not limited to social planning, organization and charity donation program. During my leisure, I engage in some other activities such as jogging, singing, and playing hide and seek with my child. . I strive to work with a team whose ultimate objective is to be the best.

Description of Roles.

The Team Lead, Inventory and Mailroom management is responsible for the coordination of the activities on the Mailroom and Inventory desks, ensuring that the Bank’s fixed assets are properly maintained in the books; depreciated ones adequately disposed in line with policy. Also ensures that stationery resources are disbursed appropriately across the network avoiding over/under-stocking of items.

Specific Responsibilities:

Coordinates the activities on the mailroom and inventory desks. Renders monthly reports on Inventory and Stationery consumption rates. Supervises the activities of the store officers Liaises with the Bank’s courier vendors for effective handling of the bank’s packages Prepares the upload for the courier vendors’ monthly payments Regularly reviews all stationery items in the store with a view to identifying the obsolete

stationery items and ensuring they are appropriately disposed Closely monitors the Front Desk Officers with constant review of prevalent issues on the job. Resolves escalated issues in the mailroom and ensures effective running of the Hub & Spoke
