The economic fabrication is based on the SAP-assisted sequence control. It is the interface between design and construction and an efficient fabrication enabled by the latest state-of-the-art metal working machines and a staff of qualified experts.

An optimized in-plant logistics system provides each assembly stand with the required components in time.

The calculation of each components, the high vertical range of manufacture, a high-quality painting and not least an integrated quality management encompassing all the divisions of the enterprise close the circle of dur-able belt pulleys.

El proceso de fabricación está basado en el control de producción asistido y monitoreado a través de SAP. LAGGINGThe thickness and profiles of the hot-vulcanized as well as PU (poly-urethane) laggings of our pulleys are adjusted according to the surround-ing conditions. In extreme condi-tions, the CK-X ceramic lagging with partial vulcanization ensures resis-tance to wear and conveyor-friendly behavior.

VARIOUS BEARING AND SEALING DESIGNSThe standard bearings and housings for our conveyor pulleys are manufactured by the market leader SKF. Doppstadt’s own hous-ings are the concept for special applications. The heavy-duty series can be adjusted to customized measures and parameters. High-performance sealing designs, suitable for extremely high dust and dirt formation (labyrinth, Taconite etc.) are available for all the products we use.

VARIOS TIPOS DE RODAMIENTOS Y SELLOSLos descansos y rodamientos estándar para nuestras poleas trans-portadoras son fabricados por el líder del mercado SKF. Doppstadt produce sus propios descansos para aplicaciones especiales. La línea de heavy duty puede ser ajustada según requerimiento del cliente en cuanto a medidas y parámetros personalizados.

El sistema de sellos de alto rendimiento permite el uso en condicio-nes extremas de polvo y suciedad (laberinto, Taconite, etc.), los que están disponibles para todos los productos que utilizamos.

REVESTIMIENTOLos distintos espesores y diseños de los revestimientos vulcanizados en caliente, así como también los de PU (Poliuretano), de nuestra poleas, se adaptan perfectamente a las condi-ciones de operación. Para condicio-nes extremas, el revestimiento goma cerámico CK-X con vulcanizado par-cial, asegura una resistencia agresiva al desgaste adaptándose perfecta-mente a las condiciones de operación.

WELDING TYPE/ CLAMPING SET TYPEThe standard equipment of our clamping set conveyor pulleys for maximum torque transmission is provided with clamping sets made by BIKON. On the customer’s request, we also pro-vide clamping sets made by other manufacturers.

A light, cost-saving alternative we still offer is the conventional welding type.

EARLY FAULT DETECTION BY CONDITION MONITORING

The basis of an efficient maintenance system is the continuous monitoring of the conveyor system compo-nents. On request we supply the condition monitoring systems of renowned manufacturers.

In this way, failures such as bearing damages or lack of lubricant can be detected early in order to take reme-dial measures and to avert breakdowns of the system. There are certain points at the housings intended for a subsequent retrofitting.
