Being run over by the on moving vehicles.

Restricting actors breathing through the rope/tape.

Cutting into the actors wrists with the handcuffs.

Falling of the wall

Make sure everybody is out of the way of the vehicles travel path and know that the cars are starting their drive from the bottom of the lane which you may not see until upon you.The hammer will never be directly raised above the actors heads, just shadows creating the effect.

Knowing when to perfectly time the braking in order know to hit the actor.

Never stand on a unsteady object/platform, when noose is around actors neck.N/A

Always doubled checking with actor about how comfortable they are feeling in order to know how tight to pull the tape and rope.

Making sure they are not locked to tight to the actors wrists, as well as knowing how to get them off with ease.

Do not rush this, as well as having additionally people either side of the wall not in shot so if they did fall, there are people ready to catch them, or at least cushion there fall.
