~Use wood flour, sand it, drill 1mm hole, paint & make pig’s nose~ Wednesday 18/05/11
Today I used wood flour to hide
the holes. I put wood flour inside
of holes, and then I sand with
sand block and sand paper. After
this, I need to make tow 1mm holes for put
plastic eyes. So I marked with pencil, and I used
special drill pit for drill hole. (Special drill
pit=for plastic eyes.) I repaint edge of dowels,
pig’s face and back. I repaint
on the wood flour that I sand it
already. There is too less wood
flour, so you can see the holes
still. I need to hide it, so next
class, I am going to use wood flour and put it
again. I need to make pig’s nose by felt (cloth).
So I chose light pink and cut
off the nose’s shape, and
sawed it. I used white strings
for sewing. I finished making
pig’s nose.
Emotion- I thought it is not manipulative my
project, because first, the eyes colors are not
same, one is white color and clean, but the other one is yellow, and
looks dirty. Second, I already put the wood flour inside of holes, but
when I paint on it. I can see the little small holes still. So I need to
check more, if it’s ok to do next
thing.

Today I helped Ana so much.
Ana is making crab’s hand by felt. She needs to
sew crab’s hand with a piece of Velcro. But the
problem is that she doesn’t know how to sew.
So I need to teach basic things that she needs
to know when she is sewing.
Next- I need to use wood flour again, and repaint my pig’s back and
face. If I finish this, I will use glue to stick plastic eyes, and pig’s nose.
