Priserve engineering employs more than 35 specialists (Naval Architects, Mechanical Engineers and Designers) in international offshore and shipbuilding projects Our expertise covers design of Jack-Up rigs, Semi-Submersible, Offshore Wind Turbine Structures, Ships, FPSO, FSO and other marine Structures - from concepts, through conversions and new-build design and engineering, up to contracting services. Our team is equipped to perform Stability analysis ( Intact and Damage) of semi submersibles, barges on various software like StabCAD, AutoHydro, Moses etc.

� Hydrodynamic Analysis: Hydrodynamic design of CP Propellers, Hull and Propeller interactions and Vortex Induced Vibration of Risers etc

� Mooring Design and Analysis: PriServe can design Mooring systems ranging from conventional chain-wire spread mooring systems for MODU, FPSO, FSO, SPAR, Barge, etc. to Innovative mooring systems such as tether-mooring, pile-mooring, taut-leg mooring . We also can do integrated motion-mooring analyses using frequency-domain or time-domain techniques. Our team is conversant with tools like OptiMoor, ZenMoor, Neptune etc.

� Riser Design and Analysis: At PriServe we can Design Drilling risers up to 10,000 foot WD taking into account drilling operability, station keeping envelopes, hang-off heave induced dynamic tension, casing bottom loads, etc, flexible risers and offloading hoses etc. We can also do Vortex-induced-vibration analysis for rigid and flexible risers. Our team is conversant with tools like DERP, FLEX-RISER, Orcaflex etc.

� Motion Analysis: At PriServe we can study motions of floating Structures whether they are catenary moored or taut moored or anchored vertically by tendons, for both slowly varying or high frequency responses; Also motion dynamics from interaction of adjacent floating bodies can be analyzed. Our solutions to Motion dumping are based on both material and hydrodynamic type of dumping. Our team is conversant with tools like AQWA, MORA Neptune etc.

Offshore wind Energy: With the successful design of the offshore wind turbine installation barge, PriServe is set to harness the huge potentiality of offshore wind energy. As an offshore engineering company, we are trying to rope in the turbine companies to begin the era of offshore wind energy particularly in India.

Offshore Operational Training: PriServe is working on the idea of providing training services for the personnel at the operators level to suit to the requirements of the offshore Oil and Gas industry. With the surge of growth in the offshore and ship building sector in India, there has been a huge shortage of skilled and trained man power in this industries. PriServe has the skills and capabilities to generate trained manpower for the sector.

Design of Jack-Up Barge for Offshore Wind Turbine Installation

PriServe engineering is developing a novel design of a floating barge to support the installation of offshore wind energy turbines. It is a jack-up barge, which carries the high capacity (5 MW) wind turbines and installs the turbines through self propelled skidding rail system on the offshore jacket. On a turnkey basis PriServe has to do the detail engineering as well as to provide fabrication support to the yard. With the successful design of the offshore wind turbine installation barge, PriServe is to harness the huge potentiality of offshore wind energy. As an offshore engineering company, we are trying to rope in the turbine companies to begin the era of offshore wind energy particularly in India.

Up gradation of cable Laying vessel into Multi support Vessel The basic design and the subsequent detail engineering for the up gradation of the vessel was done by PriServe engineering, which includes the design for the creation of Moonpool, installation of a well intervention platform with skidding system and installation of a crane on the main deck. The major tasks included stability Analysis, motion Analysis, Global and Local Analysis of the vessel and preparation of structural drawings for Class approval and the detail engineering for the fabrication support. We are also positioned to provide onsite yard support for the same. Design of a 3 Column Semi-Submersible Priserve engineering has developed a unique concept of a 3 Column semi-submersible, which will be used as Floating production and storage unit. We have developed the design from concept level to basic level design. The main work involves the preparation of technical specification, General Arrangement, structural drawings for pontoon, column and deck box, stability analysis, Motion Analysis, Fatigue Analysis, Helideck design and analysis, Crane Pedestal design and analysis, Fairlead Support structures etc. On a turnkey basis, at PriServe, we completed the detail engineering of the rig and provided onsite fabrication support at Yard level.

Design of a unique Fake Leg PriServe engineering is working on a unique concept of a fake leg, which would work as temporary support for the jack-up Rig. This will be used for the repair of the spudcan and saves the dry-docking charges of the jack-up rigs when it comes to shipyard for repair work. Load Out Engineering PriServe Engineering has been working to provide engineering support for the load out of a newly built Jack Up. Concept Design of a Single Caisson (ICE Class) Drill Rig PriServe is developing the concept design of a circular/hexagonal semi sub drilling Rig for an offshore company of Singapore. Conversion of a Slot type JU to Cantilever JU PriServe has worked on the basic as well as the detail engineering for the conversion of slot type JU to cantilever type JU. Concept Design of Green Barge (Patent Pending) for Offshore wind transportation and Installation This is available for licensing globally. Feasibility Study of Pipe Laying Vessel for South Asia Gas Enterprise Ltd, the consortium responsible to build the US$ 3 Billion India-Oman gas pipeline. This was a comparison between a shipshape monohull and semi-submersible vessels with a very large J-Lay tower. Raw Water Tower (RWT) for Jack-UP ABAN-V (ABS class vessel) PriServe Engineering has been contracted to do the Design & Analysis of RWT as per the Design conditions supplied by ABAN. The RWT is analyzed for structural weight and environmental Wind & Wave loads. Different load cases & combinations are evaluated for the structural design. SACS is used for structural analysis and code checking.
