I found my font on dafont.com, and typed in the writing I wanted.

I print screen and pasted it into a paint document.

I cropped the writing and copied and pasted it onto my cover.

I then used free transform to move the writing to where I wanted it.

I used the magic eraser tool to erase white the background.

I used the dropper tool to select the colour from elsewhere on my front cover, then filled in the letters with the colour.

To finish it off I put a stroke on the writing in white, and an outer glow also in white.
