THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT
WARRANTY PERIODS:
Symmetry Office warrants to the original end user that this product will be free from defects in its material and workmanship. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for a limited time frame with certain exceptions. The time frame specified for the applicable product can be found on the individual product page of the applicable product at www.symmetryoffice.com. The time frame is effective from the date found on your order acknowledgement.
1. Weight capacity of the arms must be followed. If an arm is not functioning properly because of the weight of the monitor is outside of the advertised weight capacity, the monitor arm will not be considered defective under the warranty.
2. Please note that electrical components on a height-adjustable table include: hand controls, motors, control boxes and electrical cables.
3. This warranty does not cover damage from ordinary wear and tear, including paint finish changes and/or discoloration resulting from aging or exposure to light.
4. Power components are defined as any power unit with electrical outlets and/or USB/data connections, connector jumper cables for daisy chain and infeeds for hardwire applications.
5. Warranty limited to finishes, tacking surface of tack boards and writing surface of whiteboards. Standard textiles limited to original manufacturer’s warranty.

The Company will, at its option, repair or replace with a comparable product, without charge to the original purchaser, only defective products or parts reported as defective during the Warranty Period. If requested by the Company, the original purchaser must return the part or product with freight or other shipping charges prepaid. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT.
This warranty shall be effective for the applicable time period beginning from date of purchase as shown on original purchaser’s original receipt or other proof of purchase.
The Company shall pay for all labor costs preapproved by the Company. The payment of such pre-approved labor costs will be in the form of a credit to an active Company account.
This is an EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY. There are no other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.The Company will not be responsible for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages. The purchaser is responsible for determining suitability for its intended use.
The Company disclaims any liability for defects, loss of use, or claims or injuries arising out of the incorrect choice of product for particular usage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. The Company will advise you of the procedure to follow when making warranty claims.
To file a warranty claim, email [email protected] and provide the following information:
• Contact name • Contact phone number • Sales Order Number/ Purchase Order Number • Ship to Address • Description of Problem • Description of Troubleshooting Steps Taken • Attach Pictures and/or videos showing the issue
Any items to be returned under warranty claim must receive prior approval from the warranty department as evidenced by either assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number or RMA document.
Any replacement orders where an RMA number is issued must have the defective product returned within 60 days of receipt. Otherwise, the consumer will be responsible for the replacement order invoice since the defective item was unable to be evaluated for defects.

We reserve the right to make changes in prices, models, fabrics, finishes, materials and specifications and also discontinue models and options at any time without notice.
ORDERS Specify model number, quantity, desired delivery date and all other applicable information. Order templates can be found in the applicable Price Guide. Orders will be accepted with an acknowledgment form governing the transaction. Orders received by 10 a.m. Pacific Time begin assembly the next day. Orders that are “On Hold” will begin production only when all holds are released. Types of holds include:
• Credit Hold for issues related to billing and invoicing. • Incomplete Hold if the purchase order is incomplete or illegible. • Pricing Hold if the price on the purchase order does not match the
pricing shown in the Price Guide or in our computer system. • New Fabric Hold for non-standard textile orders without an
inventory part number. • Graded Hold is placed by the Purchasing Department while
confirming delivery of graded fabric from the vendor. Customer Experience will notify you of any holds placed on your order.

LARGE ORDER QUANTITIES No minimum order is required. Large orders may require additional lead time. The following products have large order parameters:

SHIPPING Mobile Pedestals Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes on customer orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until acknowledged. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION Special requests are available and additional charges will be determined per quotation. Up to five working days are required after the special request is received to prepare a quotation. Contact Customer Experience for details.
ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDERING INFORMATION
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS Orders that have entered any stage of production cannot be canceled. Request for cancellations are not accepted until acknowledged. In the event a cancellation is accepted, cancellation charges may be imposed for the entire amount of the order. Authorization for return must be requested from and approved by Customer Experience prior to the return of the merchandise. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge equivalent to 40% of the net order plus freight. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
SHIPPING We reserve the right to discontinue product lines, models and parts at any time. We also reserve the right to make changes in design and material when such action is deemed to be an improvement in design, function and/or construction.
CUSTOM FINISHES For custom laminate or paints, contact Customer Experience.
FREIGHT TERMS Freight terms apply to the continental U.S. only. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii. All standard transportation services and freight costs are included in the price of our products. We ship Freight Prepaid and Allowed, FOB and Origin.
Shipments outside the contiguous U.S. are shipped to the point of embarkation free of charge, if the shipment meets the minimum requirement. All subsequent freight charges will be at the customer’s expense, shipped collect.
Because of the fluctuation of fuel prices we reserve the right to impose fuel surcharges for any shipments.
$95 net charge will occur when ordering three tops or less.
SHIPPING Standard shipments are made via common carrier, unless otherwise specified. Special routing requests made by the customer or the consignee may result in additional charges.
Standard deliveries are dock-to-dock and are scheduled to occur Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., based on our published transit times. We will not be held responsible for issues or costs arising from carrier transit delays, missed delivery appointments, etc. We reserve the right to charge for non-standard customer delivery requirements that may include order deliveries, inside deliveries, etc. For information concerning these charges contact Customer Experience.
Shipments are not guaranteed. Expedited service is available at an additional cost. We will work to arrange a specific delivery timetable with the carrier. Expedited services contracted with carriers are done solely at the request of the customer and we in no way assume responsibility, either financial or otherwise, for any costs incurred as a result of a service failure on an expedited shipment. Contact Customer Experience for more information.
FREIGHT DAMAGE We are not responsible for product damage occurring in transit or during storage. Before accepting a shipment from the carrier, carefully review the packing list and inspect the quantity and condition of the items. Promptly document all visible damage on the Bill of Lading and request a carrier inspection of the product. In the event of damage, accept the order and contact Customer Experience for issue resolution. Concealed damage must be reported in writing within 15 days of accepting delivery. We will take all reasonable steps to assist customers in resolving claims for loss or damage.
WILL CALL Customers with Will Call orders will be notified once orders are ready to be picked up. Customers will have three business days from notification to pick up the order. If the order is not picked up within this time frame, storage charges will start at a rate of $30 per business day until the order has been claimed..
INVOICING Invoicing is triggered when the product ships.
With routine care and maintenance, your new Symmetry product should provide years of comfortable and trouble-free use. Occasional light cleaning is all that is necessary.
Products are made from a variety of materials including plastic, metal, laminate and fabric. Each material has specific cleaning requirements. Follow the general guidelines below for best results and preservation of the warranty.
• Always check code before deciding which cleaning products to use
• Test cleaning product in an inconspicuous area first to guard against color bleeding or fabric shrinkage
• Follow all directions and advice of cleaning agent manufacturer
PLASTIC “Plastic” is commonly used to describe a multitude of components.
Ordinary soil acquired through normal use can be cleaned with a damp, soft cloth or sponge and a nonabrasive surface cleaner. If a scrub brush is needed, make sure it has a soft bristle to prevent scratching. Successive cleaning may be required using a soft brush and 70% isopropyl alcohol.
METAL AND LAMINATES For normal cleaning, use a damp cloth or wet cheesecloth with a mild, nonabrasive detergent solution. After cleaning, use a damp, clean cloth with water to rinse the surface removing and soap residue then wipe with a clean dry cloth.
Avoid harsh chemical or abrasive cleaning compounds.
FABRIC Symmetry has adopted industry standards for fabric cleanability. Fabrics are marked with a code indicating the appropriate cleaning method. This information is available on the textile cards for the various collections and is available on our website.
CLEANING CODE DESCRIPTION
BC:
Bleach cleanable. Bleach cleanability is desirable for any fabric that may need to be disinfected or sterilized. All mesh fabrics are bleach cleanable. The Centers for Disease Control recommends a 1:10 diluted solution of household bleach for these purposes.
D: Dry clean only.
W:
Water-based cleaning agents or foam may be used. CAUTION: Use of water-based or detergent-based solvents may cause spotting, shrinking and/or permanent water stains. Solvent cleaning agents will not remove water stains.
WS:
Clean with water-based cleaning agents, foam or pure, water free solvents (Energine, Carbona, Renuzit or other similar products). Vacuuming or light brushing is recommended to prevent dust or soil buildup.
X: Vacuum only. Clean these fabrics by vacuuming or light brushing to prevent accumulation of dust and grime. Weekly vacuuming is recommended.
CAUTION Follow the manufacturer’s directions printed on all cleaning agents. Wear eye protection and gloves if advised to do so and do not breathe fumes from cleaning solutions. Before cleaning an unfamiliar material with an untried cleaner, it is best to try cleaning a small spot in an inconspicuous area first. Store and dispose of cleaning materials properly.
Chairs may contain components made from plastic, wood, metal and fabric. Many cleaning materials may work for one material but not another. Use cleaners only on intended surfaces and take care not to spill on other surfaces. Reference to commercial products or trade names does not imply endorsement by Exemplis or bias against those not mentioned.
