Voting Rights Amendments 12 th Amendment The Twelfth Amendment (Amendment XII) to the United States Constitution details electing the President and Vice President. Voting Rights Amendments12th Amendment

• The Twelfth Amendment (Amendment XII) to the United States Constitution details electing the President and Vice President.
