Timeline information September-November Applications submitted throughout fall semester. December 1 On-line / email applications due. January Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, and Student Government review applications. February Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, and Student Government forward

recommendations to President’s Office. May President makes appointments to Committees to begin in September. August New members contacted by Committee Chairs with information about meetings,

missions, and projects. September New members join Committees for appropriate terms. Membership Commitments Most Presidential Advisory Committees meet at least once a month. Many of the Committees have standing events they sponsor each year involving many hours of planning and organization. If you are appointed to a Committee, you are expected to attend all meetings and participate actively in the Committee’s projects.
