...peacock blue...
...glistening like an orange split open...
...candy striped bangles...
...drew blood...
She feels as if she is being rejected by the bangles including her Pakistani culture.
...apple-green sari...
...couldn’t rise out of it’s fire, half - English...
...marvel at the colours like stained glass...
Beautiful but she is unable to see right through the glass like she can’t see her full identity.
