Details

The FIPP 2009 was held at Old Billingsgate over 2 days with over 1,000 delegatesattending. 3 x Barco CLM R10s were seamlessly blended using an encore system.

Graphics came from a triple head to go system .A 3 camera PPU was used. There were2 further breakout rooms for 200 delegates.

> Abbey Conference 2009

Details

One day conference held in Olympias Grand Hall with 2,500 delegates in

attendance. Wide-x system, 3 Barco 20k projectors were used to form awidescreen blend on a 15m wide screen, with a 2 further relay screens. 3 xcameras, relayed live images to the screens. Sound util ised a D&B system for themain conference and reception area.

An afternoon with Sir Clive Woodward and Sven Goran Eriksson. Bespoke built set with 3x rear projection screens and stage. 1,500 delegates. LED lighting. 3 x live cameras andsound system.

Details

Annual Christmas party at the ICC in Hall 3. The theme was a Gameshow Marathonhosted by Vernon Kay. The evening saw a stunning performance from Escala, guestswere then wowed by Derren Brown. The set consisted of a 30ft wide f ront projectionscreen, LED starcloth backdrop, LED battens and strips running video effects from avideo server. Animated graphics were projected on to the central screen. For the mainscreen 2 x Christis 20K roadster projectors were used with video playback from aGrass Valley Turbo iDDR. The 2 outer screens were 24ft wide and displayed camera,graphics and video playback. Projection was via Barco CLM r10s. A four camera PPUincluding a jimmy jib created a TV style feel for the event.

Details

Virgin Media was launched at the Royal Opera House. Due to high ambient lighting conditionsin the Floral Hall a 16 unit seamless plasma screen was used. Also supplying the stage andscreen surround. Live camera relay, video and graphics were shown on the screen. Lightingwas also supplied for the stage and the banners around the space. For sound a Nexo PAsystem was supplied with Shure radio microphones.

Details

Investec who sponsor the England rugby summer internationals invited 200guests to their hospitality area. A R16 Lighthouse LED screen was used to showlive camera and TV. Past and present rugby internationals took place in variouschallenges which were relayed live to all screens throughout the venue. A D&Bsound system provided coverage throughout.
