8A - F R&D Capacities – Licenses

TEKNIA R&D uses the CATIA V5R19 tool for surface design Class A and B,

mechanical assembly, part design, drafting, ergonomics design and

machining.

TEKNIA R&D through FEA software ABAQUS 6.11 provides virtual

validation through linear, non-linear and explicit analysis of component

and system behavior under various static and dynamic loads.

ANDALTEC TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER provides services and licenses of

Hypermesh and Optistruct to TEKNIA R&D.

TEKNIA R&D through Autoform R3 provides solutions throughout the

sheet metal forming process to ensure manufacturability of stamped

parts from early design phase.

TEKNIA R&D powered by ANDALTEC TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER carries out

rheological simulations supported by MOLDFLOW for injection processes

at different stages of plastic products development.

Fluent software is used with the partnership of ANDALTEC.

TEKNIA R&D powered by ANDALTEC, provides through QUEST effecive

optimization of complex assembly process.

8G – J Laboratory Capabilities

Andaltec is specialized in plastic materials and technologies with the following capabilities:

8G – J Testing Resources

• The latest technology in testing actuation. High precision Parker® electric

actuators, stronger and more precise than hydraulic actuators and as fast

as pneumatic ones

• Static tests up to 3,5kN and 300mm stroke, in order to obtain Force –

Displacement graphics for stiffness and strength measurement

• Fatigue tests. Up to 2Hz (depending on stroke).

• All tests can be performed inside climatic chamber (-40º C to +80ºC) with

%HR control.

• Up to 2 simultaneous tests, or 2 axis control actuation. Actuators can be

synchronized or not, with master and slave actuator.
