<FY 2019 3rd Quarter Results>■ Operating income excluding inventory impact + equity income
decreased by ¥88.6 billion year-on-year, to ¥96.7 billion, mainly due to decreased equity income from the petroleum segment, reduced product margins in the basic chemicals segment, and decreasing operating income in the resources segment
■ Ordinary income decreased by ¥115.3 billion year-on-year, to ¥91.4 billion. Gains were recorded from step acquisition in the integration with Showa Shell Sekiyu, and as a result, net income attributable to owners of the parent decreased by ¥52.3 billion year-on-year, to ¥64.9 billion
