Mission- What do they do, what do they serve?- Name Two things work well , one could

be improved- One thing I learned from the experience

• Provision - Food - Shelter- Clothing

• Security- Safe Environment- Material Safety- Respect

• Counsel- Discipleship- Volunteer Program- Case management

• Two things are working well- The utility of donations- Sanitations

• One thing could be improved Communications between different position

can enhance the understanding of each other’s jobs, reduce the conflict and improve the efficiency of cooperation.

• Unconditional love

People who are in the shelter have been going through a hard time, who are eager for being helped and afraid of being hurt again. The organization pay lots of attention to care and listen, also need courage to face the difficulties. People love one another and serve them whole-heartedly.

Part three Center for sharing

• Two things make nonprofit effective (2R)

Responsibility

Respect To communicate not to command

Part Four Sample in China Donation market for the disabled (Habitat For Humanity & the Center of the Deaf )

- Who would the nonprofit serve in China? The mission of the organization is to enhance

the quality of life by providing the construction to improve the home furnishing for the disabled people. We also provide the financial aid the Better Life Aids that includes the basic provision like the seeing aid, the artificial limbs, the wheelchairs, etc.

- Why would this nonprofit be needed in China?

They need help but easily to be ignored in the society. A greater life quality, more understanding and acceptance of the society could provide them a good environment and healthy mentality.

To strengthen the conscious of the respect of normal people to the disabled people. To love and care the disabled people, for we are all equal.

- What obstacles might have to be overcome to create this nonprofit?

The resource and the quality (which is for selling) of the donations.

The track and the utility of the funds & donations (2nd Harvest keeps track of everything they distributed on computer and get feedback)

- Where would this nonprofit be located? Nanjing (The environment & development

of the city)
