an independent quality control department at the factory headed by the
Assistant General Manager-Quality Control with dedicated quality
control staff. Throughout the processing chain, we remain very careful
and constantly monitor about all the critical points particularly related
with the quality of standard operating procedures. Our employees are
given through training on the importance of the good manufacturing
practices followed at all stage of the products to many households
across the globe.

Garment Quality AQL : As per buyer’s requirements
Line in process : 7 pcs systems
Needle detection report : 9 points system

Quality Department is controlled and accountable to the Executive
Director and Operation head even monitored closely by the MD. Each Sewing line has Quality Inspectors headed by Quality
Controller. Completed Garment are checked 100% at the end of sewing line
by the Quality Controllers before passing. -- Sewing Section Quality System-- In line inspection system -- 7 Pieces system, AQL 2.5-- Fabric Inspection : Four point system-- 100% Spread Checking-- 100% Cut piece checking -- Garments are checked 100% from inside after thread cutting and
100% from outside after ironing-- 100% checked through metal detector machines before packing-- Quality Auditor conducts Pre-final inspection before offering for final
inspection to the buyer.-- All inspections are conducted based on AQL 2.5
