Defined more precisely, a Job Fair is an employment strategy to fast-track the meeting of job seekers and employers. One of the most important and challenging decisions is should we “charge or raise”• the fees for employer attendance to a job fair? Although there is no general applicable “formula”• for setting fees, there are conditions that drive this dilemma. Objective(s):

Acting as a catalyst and clearinghouse for sharing and disseminating fee structures and process information about good financial management techniques and technologies.

Provide criteria of establishing or adjusting career fair fees and use of employer evaluations.

Give participants opportunities to share best practices at their institution as well as take part of 1-3 small group simulations and report findings to the overall group.
