    "Qualification in the field of general insurance", a training programme for individuals working in the distribution of insurance products Fee: RON 1,100 + VAT/participant

    Examination fee and course completion certificate fee: RON 500 + VAT/participant

    Re-examination fee and course completion certificate fee: RON 700 + VAT/participant

    Duration: 5 days / 50 hours

    Target group: Insurance agents, natural persons and legal entities, insurance brokers, insurance companies

    Enrolment requirements: graduate of secondary education institutions and/or of higher education institutions

    Objectives:

    1. Knowledge of the legal framework required to conduct insurance activities and insurance brokerage, including the legal

    framework related to consumer protection, protection of personal data and preventing and combating money laundering.

    2. Learning the basics of insurance: the notion of risk and risk protection, participants in the insurance process, types of insurance,

    specificities of the main categories of insurance products, the insurance market, specialised institutions

    3. Learning the basic principles of business communication and negotiation and the sales techniques specific to insurance products.

    Course Thematics:

    Specific legislation for insurance activities and insurance brokerage - 8 hours

    Principles of the insurance activity - 9 hours

    Implications of special laws on the insurance business - 3 hours

    Overview of the types of general insurance - 9 hours

    Basic principles for successful insurance sales - 1 hour

    Forms of assessment: Written examination, based on a multiple-choice test with 25 questions and five possible answers for each question, only one of them being the correct one.
