TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Booking of slot is reserved for exhibiting companies from the sectors represented at
MOTORTEC AUTOMECHANIKA 2019.
• In order to secure a sponsored space, it is necessary to complete the form, pay 50% of the
fees and have written confirmation from the trade fair management.
• Any graphic elements provided by the sponsoring company must be validated in advance by
IFEMA, and their costs will be borne by the sponsor.
• The sponsor is required to comply with the specific rules of the trade fair, as well as IFEMA’s
general rules of participation.
• Payment for sponsorship must be made before the opening date of MOTORTEC
AUTOMECHANIKA 2019.
• The slots will be assigned according to the following criteria:
• Availability of spaces
• All applications received before January 17 will be prioritized according to the area
contracted. From this date, they will be attended in order of reception.
