Case Study

This client had three major offices around the UK, other Satellite offices, home workers and other staff based on client sites.

Our brief was to connect to as many staff as possible, given that many, especially those working at client locations would not be able to connect live.

We used video conferencing technology to connect the three largest offices facilitating live two way conversation between the presenters and audience in each location.

The presentations in each location were streamed live on the internet to mobile phones and tablets as well as PCs. Some larger offices projected this on a big screen whilst home workers watched on their personal devices. All users could log in using their personal device and interact live. Those who could not take part live were able to watch after the event.

A video conferencing codec facilitates live 2-way conversations with two or more sites anywhere in the world. Using the most advanced HD video codecs operated by our experienced video conferencing engineers, we are able to fulfil the most demanding requirements.

We are able to link over 40 sites together from anywhere in the world into a single ‘Virtual Meeting Room’ using IP or ISDN connectivity. Share video, audio, graphics and more using a large range of video formats including composite, component, VGA, DVI, HD-SDI & HDMI.

The Cisco/Tandberg C90 is the most flexible telepresence/ video conferencing equipment currently available. Telephone conferences bring similar benefits to video conferencing but using only audio. As a result, it requires only a simple phone line and can therefore reduce cost and complexity.

Our telephone hybrid systems (otherwise known as telephone balancing units or TBUs) facilitate the integration between a telephone line and a PA system allowing a participant or presenter

to interact with your conference delegates from anywhere in the world. Used along side our bridging services, it is possible to broadcast to or involve a large number of participants.

PUNCH! allows us to completely bypass network firewalls and security systems safely and securely and setup video conferencing or webcasting solutions (or any other type of internet connection) very quickly with little or no configuration at all It punches straight through the venues firewall and that’s why we call it PUNCH!

This product is revolutionising the video conferencing industry particularly for live events by allowing video conferencing to take place where it is not necessarily possible to get access to an on site IT department or indeed the networking hardware. It’s worth noting that this product can be

used to completely bypass any firewall for any purpose but is particularly useful for video conferencing as it automatically assigns a public IP to a registered MAC address. Appropriate bandwidth and web access are obviously still required.

Providing internet connections anywhere in the world, in some of the most hard to reach places.Present Anywhere utilises any and all connectivity options to provide the internet required for our video conferencing, webcasting and other technologies. Using this system, it is possible to ‘bond’ connections such as 3g, 4g, wifi or satellite to create one single, larger connection which used in conjunction with PUNCH!, can be configured to work as required.

Our gatekeeper allows a standard video conferencing system to connect to a wider range of other systems including those connected on ISDN. It also allows, in some circumstances a system to have access to the outside world from behind a firewall.

A video conferencing bridge facilitates group video chats up to 40 locations, connected using any of the standard systems including H.323, SIP or ISDN. The bridge is customisable and can be set as a static split screen or a ‘presenter’ can be broadcast to all other locations.

Case Study

A large webcasting company approached us to assist them with an international webcast. They had presenters in London, Brazil and Argentina and wanted to webcast a panel discussion as if all presenters were in one place. In addition, they wanted to stream in 9 languages simultaneously but could not fit the interpreters in the TV studio.
