How to use Present Perfect Continuous Tense

1. We use Present Perfect Continuous Tense to express actions that started in the past and still continue.

The di�erence between Present Perfect Simple and Present Perfect Continuous is that, in contin-uous tense the verb has a concept of time. But we cannot use “stative verbs” with Present Perfect Continuous

• I have been waiting here for hours. • They have been dating since 2015. • She’s been watching TV for 2 hours.
