HOW TO PRESENT!• PRESENT IN A LOGICAL ORDER
o Best method is using an outline method
o Outline could be re-written or pasted to PowerPoint
• IMPORTANT POINTSo Should be already organized if in an outline format.
o Can be in CAPS or in Bold lettering or BOTH!
• SLIDES: HOW MANY?o Avoid using too many slides
o It can become too distracting and boring
o Slim ever thing down by using powerful and key words
HOW TO PRESENT! cont.• FONTS & COLORS!
o TITLES: Font size 44
o SUBTITLES: Font size 28-34 in Bold
o Chose one easy to read fonts
o Avoid too many distractions! Limit the following:
• Fonts and Sizes
• Pictures and Graphics/Animation
• Colors on a screen or slide
• Avoid Clutter: Use spacing considering text size

o Avoid using too many CAPS! DON’T YELL!
o Should be avoided even with important points!
o BOLD: Same rule as CAPS except when in Subtitles
