RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO RESTRICTIONS FOR GULL Â.IRE VILLAGE
Pmsuant to Florida Statutes 9720.403, et seq., Gull Aire Village Association, Inc. ("Association'), whoseaddress is c/o Ameri-Tech Realty, 24701US 19 N., Ste. 102, Clearwater, FL 33763, files this notice thatihe Restrictions for Gull Aire Village has been revitalized from the filing date of this notice. A copy ofthe Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Resfuictions for Gull Aire Village,and a copy of the Articles of Incorporation of Gull Aire Village Associatior¡ Inc., and the By-Laws ofGull Aire Village Association, Inc., and any and all amendments to any of the same, are attached heretoand made a part hereof as Exhibit "A".
Approval of tåe revitalizaltonof the Restrictions for Gull Aire was held on March 13, 2018 and same wasrecessed and reconvened and vote obtained on April 24, 2018 at the membership meeting/meeting of lotolilnÊrs, by a vote of not less tåan a majority of the affected parcel orv\mers within tull Aire Village,conducted at a meeting after notice to the affected parcel owners/menrbers of the Association pursuant toFtorida Statutes 572A.403, Et seq. At that same meeting, a r^tifrcation vote was taken to ratiffamendments that were adopted and recorded outside of the initial thirty year period of when the originalRestrictions were recorded, specifically, to ratify amendments recorded at O.R. Book 18362,Page 2684 etseq. and O.R. 19618, Page 1003 et seq. of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Thoseamcndmcnts havc also bccn approvcd by a majority of thc affcctcd parccl owncrs/mcmbcrs of thcAssociation and by the State to be included in the Revitalization and same are attached and incorporatedby this reference as noted above as Exhibit "A-1-".
The operative documents the Association will use moving forward will be the most recent ratifiedamended and restated documents attached hereto as Exhibit oA.-1" along with the Articles ofIncorporation and By-Laws of the Association, and any amendments to any of the same.
