To evaluate training and professional development needs within the MoMP
To identify any additional needs to improve work and skills performance
To work with donor organizations in developing a training needs action plan
Methodology
• November 5-10th 2013 MoMP Human Resources and ASI conduct survey within AGS and MoMP
• Data Collection through Training Needs Assessment Survey
• Employee Participants Grade Level 3, 4, 5 and 6
• Total employees surveyed; 656 with 169 respondents
Input and Data Analysis
• Undertaken by Human Resources Team between November 11th 2013 to February 2014
• Analysis of Data and Reporting
• Focus Groups and Key Interviews
• Final Report February 2014
