The special geometry of the core plug boring tool ensures the produced chips are evacuated from the workpiece.

The contamination by chips can be reduced by up to 90%.

Innovative production of diesel and petrol engines

The special geometry of the roughing insert produces a dovetail type profile on the surface of the aluminium cylinder bore. The patented profile ensures the high- tensile strength of thermally sprayed coatings.

The profile depths can be individually produced (according to customer requirements).
