Introducing the MYD seriesFully automated compact dispensingThe MYSmart series off ers a wide range of in-line dispense solutions togetherwith a comprehensive portfolio of valve technologies. The compact MYD10enables highly advanced non-contact jetting for enhanced dispensinguniformity, throughput and material utilization. For higher-precisionapplications such as complex chip packaging, the powerful MYD50 platformfurther boosts productivity with linear motor motion control. UNIQUE CAPABILITIESThe MYD jet valves and pumps can produce high drop velocity, allowing a wide range of fl uids and applications.It is easy to change the drop velocity to fi ne tune the dispensing process and achieve a high process capability.

PRECISE CONTROLSClosed loop controls and system feedback are key for higher yields. Focus on smart jetting controls, closed loop substrate heating, user specifi ed temperature spot checks and closed loop material dispense are the foundation of quality output.

SIMPLE MAINTENANCEThe MYD jet valves are designed with simplicity andease of use in mind. Minimal disassembly required and wear parts are easily replaced.

Diff erent types of jet valves provide wide range of capabilities to optimize your process based on your specifi c materials. For large fl ow applications, auger valves and positive displacement pumps decrease cycle time while maintaining tight process controls. All jets, valves and pumps are designed with speed, durability and precision in mind.

TILT OPTIONS Pneumatic and electrical tilt and rotate options enable precise material dispense in diffi cult to reach locations. Individual angle off sets are programmed for precise dispensing.

DUAL VALVE CONFIGURATIONSSynchronous dual valve; two heads work at the sametime to save cycle time and improve productivity.Asynchronous dual valve; two heads work at diff erenttime. Diff erent materials can be used on each valve.

TEMPERATURE SPOT CHECKUser programmable location where exact temperature is measured and verifi ed with programmable go/no-go logic.

AUTOMATIC VISUAL INSPECTIONAVI, automatic visual inspection, improves inspection quality and helps automate the production line. The AVI can be setto warn, fl ag and log production results increasing yield traceability and visibility.
