At the outset, he conducted both an MBTI and an emotional-intelligence based 360 degree feedback instrument. A year later, a follow up 360 study was completed. Pepsi Americas, Central and Eastern Europe

Andrew is an Executive Coach that we have used extensively across the Central and Eastern European region during a period when our whole business has been experiencing a great deal of change. I asked Andrew to coach myself and my regional team so that we could be more effective at managing growth in our business. He coached two of our regional leaders over a twelve month period to develop their leadership skills and help them transition into key roles in our new structure. He has successfully coached our leadership team in Poland during a period of leadership transition.

His approach uses a very effective combination of 360 degree feedback and ongoing situational and behavioral coaching. He is effective both in one-to-one coaching and in group situations. He is business focused and can establish trust and credibility with senior people very quickly.
