ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The host country will be responsible for the transfer of the participants from the airport to thehotel and vice-versa.
Participants arriving by air:
The International Airport Chisinau is located about 13 kilometers far from Chisinau.

Participants arriving by car:
They are asked to go directly to Jolly Alon Hotel and Business Center.
Please note that each participant is responsible for buying health insurance for the duration of theEvent.
VISAS
In the event visas are required for entry into the Republic of Moldova by nationals of the Republic ofSerbia, eachparticipant is responsible for obtaining it. Upon request, the Tourism Agency of the
Republic of Moldova will send individualinvitations to be used for that purpose.

Check-in time is from 14:00 oclock. Participants are requested to vacate the room by 12:00 oclock onthe day of departure. Participants will be responsible for the costs of incidentals (mini-bar, telephone,
etc.).

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
For international participants, the host country will cover the cost of accommodation up to two
nights and meals starting with dinner on 15thOctober and closing with lunch on 17thOctober 2014.
The Tourism Agency of the Republic of Moldova will book hotel accommodation only for the
duration of the event. Any extensionbeyond these days requires an individual contact with the hotel.
The Tourism Agency is not responsible for any modifications, cancellations or damages related to this
booking of the participants. In case of cancellation after the given deadline of a planned journey to theevent, for which the participant has already been registered, the participant will be held responsible forthe costs resulting from such cancellation.
Please note that any cancellations after sending the registration form oblige the participants topay any possible cancellation fees related to accommodation.
MONEY
The Moldovan currency is Moldovan Leu (MDL). Currency exchange is available at the airport
terminal and banks. Credit cards are accepted in hotels and most restaurants and shops. 1 Euro is about
18,70 MDL.
MEALS
The host country will cover the meals starting with dinner on 15thOctober and closing with lunch on
17thOctober 2014. Breakfast at the hotel is available from 07:00 10:00 oclock.
An Official Reception on behalf of the Director General of the Tourism Agency will be held on 16 th
October 2014 at the wine cellar Cricova.
