You shall pay Excellent Consultancy Professional Fees for each assignment
Our Consulting fee will be 8.33% of annual CTC
** Annual CTC will include Basic, HRA, VMA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation. This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
Agreement Terms & Conditions
If the candidate leaves within 3 months of joining, Excellent Consultancy will find a replacement which will not be charged for. This warranty is only if the candidate leaves voluntarily. We will need to be informed of candidates leaving as soon as he leaves.
We will provide CV’s within 48 to 72 hours of client signing the Agreement with us and we would expect the Client Company to revert back with the feedback on CV’s within 12 hours so that we can perform and give results as per the client requirement.
