Dear Parents/Guardians,

Thank you for choosing Silverton Primary School for your child.

To help with the smooth transition into Foundation next year we will be holding some WebEx chats over a

number of weeks.

This is so that we can get to know your child and for them to get to know others who will be joining them in

2021 at Silverton.

During the WebEx chats they will be given the opportunity to get to know some of the teachers at Silverton

and be shown some activities that they can complete whilst at home. In session 3 & 4 we are giving the

children the chance to share a special toy and time to share about their families by bringing along a photo.

There will be two sessions each week, one on a Wednesday and one on a Thursday, this is to help fit in

around kinder times and your other busy schedules. Could you please let us know which day would suit you

best by replying to this email; admin@silverton-ps.vic.edu.au.

After these four sessions children with be on line with their 2021 classroom teacher.
