The various serially integrated special processes of the DIX TIG power source series make it possible to model the appropriate arc for each individual welding task.

With the special process Multi Pulse, the heat input can be in uenced even more speci cally while maintaining a consistently high arc stability.

With Speedspot, tack welding can be carried out without stray arcing or component distortion - precisely and extremely quickly. Even stainless steels can be processed with virtually no tarnishing.

ONE POWER SOURCE MANY ARCS

The focussed Rapid TIG Technology (RTT) arc with up to 20 kHz enables narrow welding seams and a fast welding speed due to its high arc force. The heat-affected area is minimal.

The targeted heat input minimizes distortion in the components. Expensive pickling and passivation processes are reduced - for clean and economical welding.

The modular system consisting of power source, wire control, cooling device and optional hot wire module is placed in one housing and can be operated via the display of the power source or via an external panel. The DINSE system is rounded off by the matching wire drive and TIG torch sets in various versions.

In order to achieve reproducible results, 499 jobs can be stored.

The DINSE cold wire and hot wire systems for automated TIG welding can be assembled according to the requirements and applications. This is ensured by their modular design: power source, wire feeder and the liquid-cooled TIG torch sets are available in different versions

and are perfectly matched to each other. The available hot and cold wire sets and an optional shock sensor turn the system exactly into the tailor-made, automated TIG solution you need for your individual application.

With cold wire feeding, the ller material is conveyed to the welding point without current and is melted in the arc. Welding with cold wire is suitable wherever rapid welding speed, gap bridging and lling volume are required.

In addition, TIG welding with cold wire is used when a special welding seam appearance and visual quality are to be achieved. It is suitable for all common types of wire.

TIG WELDING WITHFILLER WIRE

When welding with a hot wire set, the wire is heated to the melting point by the hot wire module. This way it draws less heat from the arc and the weld pool. By preheating the wire, its deposition rate can be further increased compared to cold wire welding. This results in a signi cant boost of the welding speed, which is similar to that of a MIG/MAG process, but free of spatter and emissions.

In addition to joint welding, the hot wire process is also ideally suited for deposition welding, as it involves less melting of the base material.

DINSE offers complete packages for TIG welding with cold wire or hot wire.

The individually con gurable systems can be used with all common industrial robots - conventional ones, as well as cooperative/collaborative models.
