TEAM B: JOUGS OF JOYPOTATO SALADYield: 1 hour and 15 minutes or 1 hour and 30 minutesPrep Time: 30 minutesCook Time: 35-45 minutesInactive Prep Time:

Ingredients:6 eggs3 lbs medium red potatoes, rinsed4 oz liquid crab boil flavoring1 cup mayo2 tablespoons sweet pickle relishsalt and pepper to taste1 oz paprika

Directions:Place potatoes and eggs into a large stockpot, fill with enough to coverjust over an inchabove.Add liquid crab boil and place over a high heat.Cook until potatoes are tender (about 20-30 minutes).Once potato and eggs are cooked, drain water from pot.Peel eggs and all potatoes. Rinse peeled eggs to insure all shell is removed.Dice potatoes into inch squares and place into a large bowl.Dice eggs in a similar fashion and add to the potatoes.Add 1 to 1 cups of mayo to the potatoes and eggs.Add 2 tbsp of sweet relish and salt & pepper to taste.Mix to combine.Sprinkle paprika to the top for color.Can be served warm or chilled.
