Day 1: Wordpress
1. Watch this playlist on how to install wordpress and the overview of what wordpress is.
2. Watch this 2nd video to know how to use wordpress.
3. Go to this site: http://coachmarketingninjas.com/wp-admin/
1. Login as username: trainee and password: carve2014
4. Create a post about the following guide questions:
▪.What makes you want to work in Carve?
▪.Describe the environment, culture, and the people’s behavior in Carve.
5. Add an image within the post.
6. Create a hyperlink that would direct to Carve’s facebook profile, page, and twitter.
7. Give the page to your Upstart Bay Supervisor
Day 2: Optimizepress
1. Watch this video to get an overview on what optimizepress is.
2. Watch this video to know how the pagebuilder in optimizepress works.
3. Watch this video to know the different elements in optimizepress.
4. Go to this link.
5. Login as username: trainee and password: carve2014
6. Create a page in Optimizepress. Recreate this page.
▪ The title should be “[FIRST NAME, LAST NAME] – [DATE TODAY]”
▪ Note: the images, videos, text and etc doesn’t matter.
7. Save the page.
8. Set the visibility of the page as “private”
9. Give the page to your Upstart Bay Supervisor
