Hold a valid Cabin Crew License with 5 years experience or 3 years experience as a Cabin Crew with Bachelors Degree in Management or similar eld.

Excellent Leadership and Managerial qualities with good references.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Additional language skills will be an added advantage.

Adequate knowledge of EASA / MCAA cabin crew regulations

Adequate knowledge on Safety Management System.

Qualications relating to on-board safety, emergency procedures with instructional experience.

Able to delegate and complete tasks under intensive time pressures.

Good computer skill and must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Ensuring Compliance of MCAA regulations.

Co-ordination with the training department to ensure all mandatory trainings are standardized and done.

Review of existing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure Safety Standards are met.

Ensure all mandatory crew checks are done.

Be responsible to the Cabin Safety Manual and ensure it is up to date with current regulations and procedures.

Ensure All Revisions to CSM are published through the Online Cabin Crew Library to all Crew.

Maintain a log of all Audit Findings carried out and ensure that Corrective Actions are taken in a timely manner.

Carry out internal audits of the Cabin Crew department prior to Audits from Quality Department.
