Frenzy Coffee is my solution for the brief that was given at the Inspired 2010, acreative romanian contest. The brief was to create an identity for a traditional coffee storechain. It finished among the ten finalist projects.

The logotype has a textile texture communly used in the production and distribution of coffeebeans. The idea was to give amade by hand feeling. The round shape split in half by the textalso suggests a coffee bean.

The image of a coffee bean was simplified to a simple circle split in half which was also used inorder to describe the product. The resulting design also gives an artisanal feeling.The categories are dark roasted, medium roasted and light roasted.

I used these modular shapes from the logotype in order to create an alphabet that wouldcommunicate from one number to the next, and would put the basis of the magazine'sconcept and identity. The magazine stands as an invitation to creativity.
