OUTGOING EXCHANGEGLOBAL CITIZEN (OGX)

This role has the primary purpose of empowering studentsfrom Arts backgrounds to develop their leadership attributesby providing relevant international exchange projects. You willdevelop a close customer relationship by providing informationand assistance and in doing so facilitate their progress anddevelopment throughout their exchange. From this you willdevelop communication skills, professionalism, goal orientedwork ethic and leadership skills.

GLOBAL CITIZEN MANAGER (ARTS)

This role has the primary purpose of empowering studentsfrom Business backgrounds to develop their leadershipattributes by providing relevant international exchangeprojects. You will develop a close customer relationship byproviding information and assistance and in doing so facilitatetheir progress and development throughout their exchange.From this you will develop communication skills,professionalism, goal oriented work ethic and leadership skills.

Role: The core responsibilities of an oGIP (Education) member will be tounderstand the mindset of education students to inspire the desire todevelop professionally on a international level. As someone directly in touchwith the customer, they will maintain a close relationship with each exchangeparticipant to understand their values and expectations. They will haveopportunities to participate in sales activity, promotional campaigns andfacilitate preparation workshops and conduct consultancy chats.Responsibilities:•Providing support and addressing any education participants’ queries orconcerns•Organise and perform consultancy chats for interested applicants•Create and maintain international partnerships with other AIESEC localcommittees

GLOBAL TALENT PROGRAM MANAGER (EDUCATION)

Role: oGIP (Marketing) members will need to understand the mindset of amarketing student and the values they seek in an internship. They will beresponsible for empowering the EPs to be motivated to develop on aninternational level. As an oGIP (Marketing) member, they will haveopportunities to participate in sales activity, promotional campaigns andfacilitate preparation workshops and conduct consultancy chats.Responsibilities:•Providing support and addressing any marketing participants’ queries orconcerns•Organize and perform consultancy chats for interested applicants•Create and maintain international partnerships with other AIESEC localcommittees

Role: The role of the iGIP Business Development Officer will primarily involvedeveloping trusted relationships with businesses through the undertaking ofcore sales activities including lead generation, attending meetings and goingon networking events. By understanding the needs of companies they workwith, they will play a strategic role in aligning key iGIP sub-products todifferent market industries/segments for expanding the overall iGIP program.Responsibilities:•Engage in and maintain a high level of sales activity•Use Podio, CRM and LinkedIn tools effectively•Be accountable for good sales activity, responsibilities andraising/addressing key issues

FINANCE AND GOVERNANCESUPPORT FUNCTION

Role: The role of the Financial Management Officer is to ensure thesustainability of AIESEC in Sydney in a manner that maximises the impact ofour local committee on members and exchange participants. He/She will playa crucial role in maintaining a healthy financial status for the local committeethrough tracking and processing financial transactions, as well as analysingfinancial trends across the whole local committee to propose creativefinancial investments to maximise our impact on our stakeholders. As aresult, a high level of responsibility, an interest in accounting, as well as astrong understanding of AIESEC in Sydney’s operations and purpose isrequired to thrive in this role.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICER

FINANCIAL ADVISORRole: The role of a Financial Advisor is to guarantee sustainability in one ofAIESEC in Sydney’s three exchange programs (Incoming Global InternshipProgram (IGIP), Global Talent (OGIP) and Global Citizen (OGCDP)) in amanner that maximises the impact of the program on its stakeholders.They will play a crucial role in increasing both the number of experiencesAIESEC delivers and the quality of those experiences through proposingbeneficial and creative financial investments from the analysis of salesmanagement plan data (SMP), financial data, as well as quality control data(NPS). As a result, strong synergy and understanding between back officeportfolios and front office portfolios is required - to facilitate this, a FinancialAdvisor will play an integrated role in also having the opportunity to deliverthe program that they are responsible for.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONSSUPPORT FUNCTION

Within this role, you will be responsible for evolving the Incoming Exchangeportfolio’s interaction and communication with key stakeholders by creatingand providing strategic resources. This role ensures that the needs ofexternal stakeholders are catered to through our content creation andresources. Central to the fulfilment of this role is the use and creation ofbusiness intelligence to inform key sales strategies and AIESEC in Sydney’sactivity across key markets. This role teaches about market data analysis,skills pertaining to B2B and develops problem-solving skills.

LEADS AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER (ICX)

Within this role, you will be tasked with exploring opportunities to broadenAIESEC in Sydney’s reach into peak bodies and groups and manage relationswith key agents of B2B marketing. You will produce and implement strategiesto strike valuable links with external stakeholders that position AIESEC inSydney’s brand with coherence and credibility. This role will develop anoutcome-focused mindset, develop time and task management skills, as wellas networking, decision making and problem solving skills.

STRATEGIC PARNTERSHIPS MANAGER (ICX)

Within this role, you will be responsible for building AIESEC in Sydney’sprofile across key target industries, wherein business development isconducted. You will be curating and coordinating AIESEC in Sydney’s overallB2B branding that forms a crucial part of the Marketing portfolio’s overallstrategy in its support of the Incoming Exchange portfolio. A key vehicle toachieve this end is market research. As such, your role will feature extensiveemployment of key research methodologies and tools that are of bestpractice in the field of marketing. An AIESEC brand informed by effectivemarket research will also enable the constructive management of digitalchannels that reach out to different businesses. This role will teach acandidate design curating principles, the nexus between market research andbranding and the function of digital channels in the marketing portfolio of asocial enterprise.

Within this role, you will be tasked to prepare and distribute articles andpress releases that form AIESEC in Sydney’s B2B marketing strategies.Liaising with media outlets, monitoring and evaluating industry-based trendsto devise the right mode of thought leadership and advising the Marketingand Communications portfolio of public relations opportunities willprominently feature in this role. An ability to coherently communicate ideaswith an eye for detail and creative flair will importantly assist a candidate inthis position. This role will teach a candidate communications managementand the interrelationship between market research and public relations.

PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER (ICX)

Within this role, you will be enabled with opportunities to apply designobjects as a communicative tool of AIESEC in Sydney within studentmarkets. You will be curating and coordinating AIEEC in Sydney’s overallB2S branding that forms a crucial part of the Marketing portfolio’s overallstrategy in its support of the Outgoing Exchange portfolio. Brandingprinciples and directives will be informed and guided by market researchconducted within the Branding Coordinator position and collaborativelyacross the Marketing Strategy Operations (OGX) team. Concomitant to thisfunction of the role is the management and optimisation of AIESEC inSydney’s digital channels of B2S engagement. Overall, this role will equip acandidate with design curating principles, and understanding of the nexusbetween market research and branding and the role of digital channelsmanagement in the marketing portfolio of a social enterprise.

B2S (BUSINESS TO STUDENT) BRANDING COORDINATOR

Within this role you will be tasked with conducting on-campus events thatwill attract and retain target audiences. You must be able to coordinate thelogistics and technical aspects of an event to ensure it has a smooth deliveryto our audiences and generate ideas for on-campus events to deliver theAIESEC brand. From this role you will be an able manager of events’logistics, delivery, design and the application of marketing tools andmethodologies in the use of events as strategic campaign assets.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing existing relationshipswith university-based stakeholders, utilizing their support to broaden themarketing strategies for the MAC portfolio and the organisation. Additionally,you will be tasked with exploring new areas of opportunity in order to buildon university relations to purposefully broaden the scope, in both reach anddepth, of student markets engaged. This role will help build on you problemsolving skills, accounts management, nexus between marketing and externalrelations and networking skills.

UNIVERSITY RELATIONS MANAGER

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing existing relationshipswith on-campus organisations, utilizing their support to broaden themarketing strategies for the MAC portfolio and the organisation. Additionally,you will be tasked with exploring new areas of opportunity in order to buildon university relations to purposefully broaden the scope, in both reach anddepth, of student markets engaged. ON-CAMPUS RELATIONS MANAGER

Within this role, you will be tasked to prepare and deliver articles and pressreleases that form AIESEC in Sydney’s B2S marketing engagement. This willentail writing, editing and arranging the right content for media outlets thatoffer opportunities to showcase AIESEC’s impact and thought leadership onkey issues relevant to youth. You will be advising the Marketing portfolio onpublic relations strategies’ to heighten AIESEC in Sydney’s profile oncampus. An ability to coherently communicate ideas with creative flair and aneye for detail will greatly assist a candidate in this position. This role will helpdevelop your aptitude for written and oral communication, and teach you thenexus between public relations strategy and practice.
