THE CHALLENGE Redland is a brand of the worldwide Monier Group. With operations in 42 countries and over 150 production sites, Monier is the leading worldwide supplier of roofing materials and solar panel systems (PVU).

Pomegranate won the pitch to develop Redland’s consumer focused strategy and provide the complete creative production of the dedicated online communications, with the aim to enhance attraction and product awareness from the top 20% of UK property owners.

THE SOLUTIONDuring the early stages of the project we worked closely with Ridgemount PR and Redland’s sales and marketing teams to identify the core brand proposition to be expressed through the new consumer approach. The strategy was founded on the use of a multi-purpose website that enhances the user appeal to engage and interact with the information.

The Monier Group, Redland:Online brand strategy

The site focuses on providing consumers with jargon free help and advice on their individual roofing projects highlighting Redlands vast roofing knowledge whilst promoting the most relevant products for their project.

Once the consumer has a clear understanding of their projects requirements they are able to access the ‘Find A Roofer’ feature. This is the primary function of the website helping to link homeowners who need to re-roof their property or to extend their existing roof, with specialist local roofing contractors who are able to carry out the work

THE OUTCOME The new consumer focused proposition and website design has been universally accepted by Redland and Monier.

THE CHALLENGE Nebulas Solutions Group is a leading IT Security, Acceleration and Virtualisation specialist based in London. It has three complementary solutions divisions focused on addressing the largest challenges facing organisations today; those of security, performance and efficiency.

Pomegranate were approached by Nebulas to develop their demand generation strategy and targeted marketing campaigns, to increase sales and enhance the awareness of their solutions and services.

Nebulas Solutions Group:Integrated campaign

THE SOLUTIONPomegranate’s close working relationship with the sales and marketing teams at Nebulas has seen the design and production of a series of targeted cross channel campaigns comprising on and offline media. This collaborative approach has successfully enabled both teams to get the most from their marketing strategy.

Campaigns run by Pomegranate include the promotion of the Nebulas Firewall Security and Optimization Service, product launches including Abra - The Office In Your Pocket, customer and partner events and the creation of a new brand identity and proposition for Nebulas experimental arm - Nebulas Labs.

THE OUTCOME Nebulas have been extremely impressed with the success of the campaigns run by Pomegranate and have seen increased sales and response rates across all marketing channels. Pomegranate continue to work with Nebulas as a strategic partner providing consultation and creative expertise to help Nebulas in what promises to be an exciting 2011.

Marcus Wareing:Website design & development

THE CHALLENGE As one of the brightest stars of the British food world, Marcus Wareing’s modern take on classic French cuisine has won him international acclaim. After nine years as Chef-Patron of Pétrus, he now runs his own restaurant, Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley and has two Michelin stars.

Pomegranate were approached because there was a need to create a web presence that established the Marcus Wareing brand as it’s own entity giving it autonomy from The Berkeley Hotel and providing the Marcus Wareing team with a communications platform to drive marketing activity.

THE SOLUTIONDuring the early stages of the project we worked closely with the team at Marcus Wareing to identify the core brand proposition to be expressed across the new flagship website and supporting marketing tools. It was important for the Marcus Wareing team that the personality of the brand shone through all communications and that we made fine dining an accessible and welcoming experience from beginning to end by sharing with the audience the passion for food and attention to detail that’s required.

THE OUTCOME The website has introduced new methods of data capture and encourages the public to submit their own reviews of their restaurant experience.

Since the launch of the website Marcus Wareing have seen a significant increase in website traffic, generating more organic search results and have been able to build an impressive database of active subscribers.

Argent:Website design & development Leaders in Financial Guidance.

THE CHALLENGE Argent is a leading London-based Independent Financial Advisers who has been practicing its brand of personal finance for 30 years. Pomegranate were hired to help Argent communicate their shift from Advisory services to a ‘Fully Managed’ service model creating a perceptual change in the Argent brand in order to attract an audience with higher investment potential.

THE SOLUTIONIt was clear from the discussions with Argent personnel and client base that the key to the Argent proposition, is the strategic approach taken to each clients investment plan and the expertise and level of attention paid to their portfolios asset allocation. As a result of the research, Pomegranate establish Argent as the ‘Leaders in Financial Guidance’ designing and building an online presence which provides all the tools to satisfy the needs of the modern investor, whilst simultaneously reducing administration time for Argent.

Marketing and brand guidelines were produced to enable Argent to keep consistency across multiple brand touch points. We also introduced enhanced customer relationship tools to stimulate frequent engagement and assist with client retention.

THE OUTCOMEThe development of the Argent brand communications has assisted in promoting credibility and developing early stage prospect discussion. This strategy is also improving the level of service awareness and increasing recognition of additional services. By constructing detailed client profiles Argent have been able to conduct regular targeted marketing, seeing a dramatic improvement in responsiveness to the content.

Accellion UK:Online event promotion

THE CHALLENGE US based Accellion is the global pioneer and leading provider of appliance-based file transfer solutions for virtualized and cloud environments.

Many of the world’s leading corporations and government agencies rely on Accellion’s managed file transfer to secure their intellectual property and ensure compliance.

Pomegranate were approached by Accellion to design and implement an online marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales in a UK market that had so far been slow to realise the benefits of the solution.

THE SOLUTION Pomegranate worked with Accellion to create an integratedonline marketing strategy, to increase brand awareness andto promote the unique Accellion secure file transfer system.

Accellion confirmed that the sales technique that performed best for them was by getting the system in front of people.

Aligning this insight with the values of pioneering technology our strategy was comprised to develop a high degree of personalised events. Through the use of live demo webinars and physical events, driven by targeted email marketing and social media engagement, we delivered above average attendance.

In conjunction with the emarketing and incentive campaigns, we developed a specific microsite to capture data and enable us to refine the analysis of the campaign and generate lead scoring from potential leads. In conjunction, an extensive Google Adwords and social media campaign ran to ensure maximum audience awareness.

Using our Pomemailer email broadcasting system we have been able to offer Accellion a clear picture on the success of their new marketing approaches and a provide them with a greater understanding of the UK market. The results from the campaign have been extremely positive and Pomegranate are working on an ongoing marketing strategy for Accellion in the UK.

Jacks of LondonFranchise

THE CHALLENGE After assisting Jacks in developing the complete brand image and engagement marketing for the operation, the next task was to construct the framework for the business to be franchised. With an extensive and very credible history, Jacks was already proving to be attractive to prospective individuals. The owners decided that franchising was a logical progression to enable the brand to capture national exposure.

We were tasked to distill the business model and Jacks Brand into a solution that could be easily transitioned and implemented across various location and formats.

THE SOLUTION We initiated the project working with the Jacks team, aligning the franchise business model with the assets and requirements for a comprehensive operating infrastructure. Jacks were very sensitive about the fact that each franchise should feel individual, to not dilute the independent nature of the brand. This meant that unlike many franchises it was not a case of ‘one size fits all’.

Within the project we developed the complete ‘Jacks Life’ guidance and support system. This pack detailed all the crucial components for franchise success. The elements included concise specifications for the unique branded interior and shop fit out system, through to the digital and print marketing system that provided franchisees with optimal promotional capabilities.

To launch the B2B operation Jacks embarked on an intensive phase of PR, events and industry networking. This was supported through our distinctly Jacks approach to exhibition design and post event, sales support materials.

THE OUTCOME Jacks has received a constant enquiry stream since the franchised launched. At its peak head office have taken over 35 qualified enquiries in a month, with requests coming in from as far as Dubai the US and Australia.

Jacks has currently focused on developing the UK and stores have been opened in locations from London, to Birmingham and even into Belfast.
