POLYURETHANE INSULATING PANELS

Nicolaides & Kountouris Metal Company Ltd, established 1977, deal with the design, fabrication and erection of steel structures, the production of cold forming steel products (trapezoidal steel sheets, metal tiles and sections), as well as with the production of polyurethane insulated boards and panels.

Polyurethane insulating panels are produced with computational accuracy and characterized separately for ease of ordering, transportation, delivery and installation.

INSULATING MATERIAL

Nicolaides & Kountouris Metal Company Ltd use CFC free polyurethane foam, with fire resistance class B2 in accordance with standard DIN 4102-1 :1995-05.(Class E according to EN ISO 11925-Part 2)

The main properties are:

Density of foam: 40 kg/m3 ± 2kg/m3Thermal conductivity: λ = 0.021 -0.022 W/mkCompressive Strength: 140 - 150 KpaWater Permeability: Percentage of closed cells 95% ± 2%

THERMAL TRANSMITTANCE (U-VALUE) Thermal transmittance value varies in relation to the thickness of the panel.The table below shows U-values of our panels.
