DESCRIPTIONSource: ATEPA

Poliuretan® Spray RF-351-C and RF-352-D are rigid polyurethane foam systems, with two polyol and iso-cyanate components, closed cell, containing HFCs for thermal insulation by spraying.

BENEFITS

4 Total elimination of thermal bridges. The insulation has no joints or fissures. This is seamless insulation.

4 Good adherence to the substrate. No pastes or adhesives need be used for instal-lation.

4 It is possible to insulate and leak-proof in just one process. On one hand, this is because it has a waterproof, closed-cell structure, and on the other, because it is applied seamlessly, with no joints.

4 Excellent fire resistance, with Euroclass C and Euroclass D classification.

For further information, please request the Technical File and the DOP

APPLICATIONS

Poliuretan® Spray RF-351-C and RF-352-D systems are applied by spraying them with high-pressure equipment equipped with heating, with a 1:1 volume mixture ratio.

They are mainly applied for thermal insulation in building envelopes, dwellings (parti-tioning), false ceilings, industrial warehouses, farms, ships, chambers, etc.

3.2 Interior façade insulation

This construction solution for façades consists of a main exterior layer, polyurethane sprayed in the air chamber and internally reinforced.

The interior reinforcement can be moist or dry partitioning.

There are numerous advantages to polyure-thane sprayed on the façade with interior insu-lation, which can be viewed in the International Synthesia Catalogue of Applications.

4.3. Insulation on lost framework

With this type of slanted roof, the insulation is placed on the last horizontal framework, between the partitions forming the slope of the roof’s eves.

There are several advantages to polyure-thane sprayed in the last framework.

They can be viewed in the International Synthesia Catalogue of Applications.
