Policy for preventing child laborThere are many way to prevent child labor for widespread to other country and over future period in world. The fundamental policy is to awareness-raising. Awareness -raising is a foundation to prevent or demolish issue of child labor. Nowadays, people less taking sight on issue of child labor especially develop state or countries that dont have any serious issue on these matters. People all around the world should know about the devastating of victim child labor. The people around the world must know the incredible and benefit of education affecting on prevent the child labor. To spread the awareness of child labor on children, the awareness-raising policy must be plan carefully and systematic in order to be effective in social public. The policy creates some community activity especially in the rural or territory that always happen this kind of issue. The one of the objective is to help the community especially rural areas understand the threats of children entering labor market and the benefit of education. The program should come to rural areas rather than organize in urban area. This is because its very effective transmitted the information of child labor directly to the families than invite them to the urban areas. At the same time, the organization or task force can analyze the lifestyle of rural civil for implement some strategies to help them about their life especially in education and training. This also will give an advantages to government which the families and children will feel confidence and honestly to talk about their situation. The second strategies are to enhancing quality and quality of education institution. The education involvement should aim to discourse two objectives which are accessibility and quality. The accessibility education is a program or policy will provide an education to a place whether it has an education school or not. For quality, the quality of education in helpful education, accelerated learning, vast subject in education, prevent discrimination in schooling children, teacher training, curriculum development, and pre-vocational and vocational training. Some of children do not attend to education institution because there is no school in the community and if there has, it might far away from the community. These barriers may cause risk to young children to attend the school. These situations always happen into rural areas rather than urban areas. The policy will create initiatives to build more school or create a training center in rural areas. The education in school will not focus only at education matters but its also will focus on non-academic matters such as sport, recreation, performing act and musical. For enhancing effective of this policy, the government corporate with non-government organization will establish a young club for rural areas. This club have obligation to keep the awareness of education among them self rather than working on adolescent stage of lifetime. This will make young children not feel strange with the education and create a warm environment on welcoming the fundamental of education on their lifestyle.Besides than, government can implement peer education program to the children in urban or even in rural areas. The peer education is more suitable for rural areas because they maybe give more attention and focus to their peer rather than outsider of the community. Children and young people are resourceful, dynamics, creative and they speak same language with each other. This approach more on related to train soft skill and training such as academic support, enhancing communication and interpersonal skills, and counseling skills. This may produce a positive outcome form the program because they will more understanding the negative effect of children labor furthers they will uprising on combatting child labor in their areas. For fulfill this event, there are training will conduct by the government to the some adult or teenagers who capable absorb the knowledge and skills to carry out the project activities. Participate will reinforce their confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect and helps them to better understand their right and responsibilities in society. Other than that, government can implement Transitional education (TE) which aims to smoothing the transition of child laborers and other vulnerable children into the formal school system as a key component of broader efforts to promote their constructive reintegration in society. This system is based on the fact that child laborers are often difficult to directly back into the formal education system because of their age, different life experiences and lack of familiarity with the school environment. Therefore this programs are critical to ensure that children, once in school remain there and are able to learn effectively and to give another opportunity for child labor which is to get back into the education system.Besides that, another policy that should be implement is through promoting mothers education. The evidence supporting the role of mother education in promoting school attendance and reducing child labor supply is very strong. A possible explanation of these findings is that education confers on the mother greater weight in family decisions. If, as some assume, mother care for their children more than fathers, the mothers education tends to have a positive effect on the welfare of her children. Yet another possibility is that the mothers time is an input into the education of their children, and that the mothers own education raises the productivity of this input. Finally, more educated parents might have a better knowledge of the returns to education and be in a position to help their children exploit the earning potential acquired through education. Strengthen unions Trade is another way to prevent child labor. Trade unions plays a crucial role in preventing and eliminating child labor. Adult workers who have the right to organize, negotiate and bargain for a living wage do not have to send their children to work. When strong Unions exist, child labor is diminished. Unions not only strongly opposes child labor on the grounds of social justice, they also resist the hiring of children at wages that undermine their own.
