A Word To Parents...The Keller Pointe staff strives to maintain the high-est standards in emergency training. Our goal is to provide patrons with a safe and clean atmosphere in which families can enjoy themselves in a recreational environment. The purpose of the staff is not to super-vise your child, but to prevent accidents from happen-ing. Therefore, parents are expected to closely super-vise their children and assist in enforcing the facility’s policies for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. All children, ages nine years and under, must be accom-panied and supervised at all times by a paying adult (at least 16 years or older).

City of Keller’s ADA PolicyIf you plan to attend any classes, workshops, or special events and have a disability that requires special assis-tance, please contact the ADA Coordinator 48 hours in advance, at 817-743-4041, and reasonable accommo-

Photography PolicyPhotographs are occasionally taken of participants and are used to promote our City Parks and Recreation Programs. If you prefer that you or your child not be photographed, please notify the photographer.

Inclement Weather PolicyLightning poses a serious risk of injury in our aquatic facilities, including the indoor facilities. Due to the seri-ousness of this issue, the following inclement weather policy applies for all aquatic facilities: When lightning occurs, the pools will be closed. If the lightning and inclement weather continues for more than thirty minutes, the pools will remain closed and The Keller Pointe staff will attempt to reopen the pools later in the day. This policy is in effect until one hour prior to the facility’s official closing time.

Aquatic TrainingPlease be advised that The Keller Pointe lifeguards take part in active training during operating hours. In the event that there is a training exercise, the aquatic staff will notify all patrons.
