2020 Mele Kalikimaka Fair at Windward Mall

Friday December 11th 3pm to 8pm * Saturday December 12th 10am to 7pm

Aloha vendors! We are excited to have you as a vendor at our 2nd annual Mele Kalikimaka Fair at Windward

Mall. What better place to be featured, than somewhere people are going to with intentions of spending

money anyway! Island Craft fairs and Events believes is bringing shoppers together to support and buy local

while giving back to the community each time. Since the month of December is National AIDS Awareness

month, a portion of the table fees for this Mele Kalikimaka fair will be going to The Hawaii Health & Harm

Reduction Center.

Guidelines

IF ANY VENDOR IS FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES A PENALTY INCLUDING BUT NOT

LIMITED TO FINES, LOSS OF DEPOSIT, BOOTH FEES AND/OR FURTHER PARTICIPATION MAY BE ENFORCED.

Applicants:

All applicants MUST have a Hawaii General Excise Tax License to pay taxes on income earned. Vendors who

currently have products being sold in a store in windward Mall are NOT eligible to participate in this event.

Current Windward Mall farmers market vendors are allowed. Only 2 distributors of Lularoe, thirty-one, essential

oils, do terra, paparazzi, color street, Tori Belle, or other products of that nature will be allowed per Level.

Licensed consultant who applies for the event MUST be present during the event. Other approved items are

personally crafted finished products, made here in Hawaii. Products made from patterns or kits, or with

artistic embellishments affixed to premade items are allowed. Crafts made by others and imports are

allowed. No selling of supplies of any sort. Final decision of products being sold will be approved by

Windward Mall management. If you violate any of these guidelines, you will be removed from the venue

without a refund.

Every product intended for sale must be listed on the application for approval. Later additions may be

emailed or called in. New applicants must send photos or links to social media or web pages to be

approved for sale.

Food vendors must send current product liability insurance via email or with mail in application to sell. Food

must be pre-packaged or boxed in units. Samples must be bite sized or smaller, drink samples up to 3oz.

If you currently have your product in a store within windward mall, you are ineligible unless you intend to

feature products that are not being sold in a tenants space.

Friday December 11th, from 3pm to 8pm and Saturday December 12th from 10am to 7pm. Each vendor must

stay open during hours of operation. Vendor spaces must be set up and broken down each day. When

open for business, all back stock must be neatly stored under tables.

Reservations & Fees:

Reservations are final upon receipt of application and payment. There are no refunds, you will not get a

credit and you many NOT apply the payment to a future event so PLEASE show up for the event you paid for.

There are no exceptions. Table confirmation will be sent via email once all required documents and photo

screening of products have been completed and approved by Windward Mall Management. Forms of

payment accepted are Paypal, all major credit cards, venmo, and check. A service fee of $35 will be

assessed for all returned checks. Sales tax will be applied to all payments.

The booth fee is $200 (Made payable to Island Craft Fairs & Events) for a 6X6 space for the 2 day event. For

applications received after August 1, 2020, the 2 day event will be $240. You may purchase multiple tables.

No checks are accepted after November 15th, 2020.

Each space will come with 1 6ft table and 2 chairs. No power is provided. You are responsible for your own

trash.

Kalikimaka At Windward Mall Event. By signing below and remitting payment, it confirms my reservation for participation for this

event only. I understand that my payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. A $35.00 service charge will be assessed for
