The Kansas Public Transit Association is planning its Annual EXPO
in Salina, Kansas at the new Hilton Garden Inn, August 6, 7, & 8, 2018. The conference is quickly approaching and we want to give you an opportunity to invest in an Exhibit booth and/or Sponsorship at the conference. We have exhibit space available and encourage you to sign-up. In addition, we have sponsorships for our exciting events. We offer several sponsorship levels.

All vendors and sponsors receive recognition in printed materials given to all who attend the conference. We also recognize and
acknowledge sponsors throughout the year in various email correspondence. To take advantage of the opportunity to meet with and be visible to those in the transportation industry, including officials, decision makers and employees from across Kansas, complete and return the
enclosed Exhibitor/Sponsorship forms. The Kansas Public Transit Association is comprised of nearly 150
organizations employing thousands of Kansans making over 12 million transports a year.
This is one of the largest transit conferences in Kansas, consisting of individuals from every area of the state. It includes government officials, golf, daily workshops, dinners, guest speakers and an EXPO. Attendees are transit professionals who take the information they gather back to their organizations and they are decision makers in their organizations, helping to decide which companies and organizations with whom to do business.

EXHIBITION SITE The Hilton Garden Inn Salina KS is the site of the 2018 KPTA Annual Meeting and Exhibition. The EXPO is in the same room as the Tuesday General Sessions. Outside vehicle display space is adjacent to the conference area. EXHIBITION SCHEDULE Attendees are encouraged to visit with exhibitors and sponsors at the Monday evening opening reception and during the General Session breaks on Tuesday. HOSPITALITY EVENTS Tuesday evening will be at a venue outside the hotel.
Sponsorships are available for the EXPO. Registered
exhibitors & sponsorships are invited. See pages 5 & 6.
BOOTH RENTAL FEES See registration form for details. BOOTH PLACEMENT KPTA staff selects booth locations. If you have a preference, contact our office. Spots are determined on a first-come basis. A space is not reserved until full payment is received. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT Exhibitors with special needs, including electricity, need to contact the KPTA offices well in advance. BOOTH SETUP & DISMANTLING Exhibitors may set up booths beginning noon Monday, August 6. Booths must be dismantled and materials removed by 6:00 p.m. Tuesday August 7.
MEETING REGISTRATION Each exhibitor booth includes one conference registration, which includes registration to the full conference and all meetings, work-shops and events. Additional exhibit staff may register for the conference. Additional conference registration forms may be found at www.kstransit.org CANCELLATION POLICY Any cancellations must be submitted in writing to the KPTA office. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed, and the difference refunded, on any cancellations before July 13, 2018. No refunds will be given for cancellations after July 13, 2017. LIABILITY Exhibitor, upon contracting for exhibit space, expressly releases the Kansas Public Transit Association, its members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, its employees, or its property from any cause whatsoever.
