Technical Acceptance, Flight Operations Support

TECHNICAL ACCEPTANCE

Technical acceptance of a new aircraft commences at the green aircraft stage, continues through the interior completion process and culminates at �nal acceptance and delivery. Pre-owned aircraft requiring refurbishment also require a great deal of attention to technical issues. PMA represents the buyer in all related technical issues ensures a quality product, budget management and a timely delivery. Stakeholders are always kept abreast of progress as we provide recurring reports and to ensure our commitment to budget and schedule.Pre-Buy InspectionsPrior to the contractual acceptance of a new or pre-owned aircraft, we conduct a comprehensive Pre-Buy Evaluation. This includes a complete review of the interior and exterior quality standard, Speci�cation, Service Bulletin status, Airworthiness Directives, disposition of discrepancies, life limited components, systems installations and �ight test results. A detailed report including photographs will be produced that can be used as a basis for �nal contract negotia-tion and future warranty claims.Green Aircraft InspectionsTechnical acceptance of the green aircraft includes the review of functional test results, identifying deviations between as-built and as-designed con�gura-tions, snag review, and documentation control. We will perform detailed inspections on the airframe, engine, components and accessories to identify any undocumented damage, problems or future concerns. A thorough paperwork review will be conducted to detect any possible discrepan-cies on major part changes, serial number listings, modi�cation status, �ight test and production test data.Delivery AcceptanceDuring the interior completion process, we will monitor all technical aspects of the aircraft including production drawings, airframe/engine/system build quality, snags, ground and �ight test results, serialized component list, certi�cation documentation, Service Bulletin incorporation, product improvements and record all loose and spare equipment. During �nal acceptance, a �nal review of all documents including the AFM, component handbooks, warranty paperwork and passenger brie�ng cards will be conducted. Conformity of placards, circuit breaker layouts, switch panels, etc. will be assured. A �nal report outlining the open items at delivery will be produced, providing a means to track all remaining issues.

FLIGHT OPERATIONS SUPPORT

PMA provides short or long-term Flight Operations Support to:• Facilitate a successful Entry-into- Service following acceptance and delivery;• Complement your crew requirements for ultra-long haul flights;• Assist during periods of peak activity or during periods of illness, holidays, etc.;• Perform sales and demonstration flights;• Conduct familiarization and training.Pilot ServicesPMA employee’s pilots with international flight experience and type certified/dedicated to only one aircraft type ensuring their experience is on that aircraft and no other.
