** High Priority ** PCCDI Education Group Members, Please read this email carefully and reply back: 1. Our next meeting is Wed March 9th -6:30pm at Gallimore Elementary- there are many issues to discuss a. School Improvement Plan b. Equity Transformation Plan c. School Board meeting d. Consultant- Jacquelynne Borden Conyers e. New administrative positions f. Policy committee g. Diversity Plan 2. The PCCDI board is meeting with school board representatives on March 10th @ 7pm at the Canton Township Hall (across from Canton Library). The PCCDI Board invited the school offcials to our meeting and they have accepted. I am also inviting you all to this meeting as well. I know it is the evening following our sub-committee, but it is an important meeting- and your presence would be of benefit. 3. Ibu El has volunteered to setup online electronic document access for us. However, I have yet to get him the documents. Sorry Ibu, I will do that this weekend. I want to begin utilizing electronic and telecommunications as avenues for our group to get more accomplished between meetings, possibly replacing some meetings. Thanks Ibu, for bringing forth this issue and volunteering to get us started. Lastly, Please respond back to me as to whether you are planning to attend the following: 1. March 9th (Wed) 6:30 pm @ Gallimore Elementary- Education sub-committe meeting 2. March 10th (Thurs) 7:00 pm @ Canton Township Hall- PCCDI board and Plymouth Canton Schools Board Member Meeting.
